Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing the Site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2. Services

GetRankBoost provides consulting and enablement related to customer experience, follow-up systems, and Google Business Profile reputation strategy. We do not guarantee specific ratings, rankings, review counts, or revenue outcomes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use our services for fraudulent, deceptive, or policy-violating activities—including any attempt to manipulate reviews through prohibited means.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, your compliance with applicable laws and platform policies, and the behavior of your staff and representatives in implementing recommendations.

5. Fees & taxes

Fees are as listed at checkout unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Payment processing is subject to the processor’s terms.

6. Refunds, cancellations & payment disputes

Contact us first. If you have a billing issue or want to request a refund, email support@getrankboost.io or use WhatsApp/Telegram on our Contact page before opening a card chargeback, unless your bank or card issuer requires you to dispute first. Sprint (one-time package): You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if we have not yet delivered your onboarding materials or started substantive execution work. After delivery has begun, any refund is evaluated case-by-case based on work completed. Managed review desk (annual): If you pay by card, renewals are controlled through the payment processor’s subscription tools—cancel there to stop future renewal charges. For a subscription period already paid, partial or no refund may apply once onboarding or service access has started, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Bank transfer & cryptocurrency: Keep proof of payment. If you believe a transfer was not applied, contact us within 14 days with your receipt or transaction details so we can match it to our records. Timing: We usually acknowledge refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Chargebacks: If you open a payment dispute without attempting in good faith to resolve the issue with us first, we may provide your processor with evidence of service delivery and these Terms. We may modify services or timelines when necessary to comply with platform rules or legal requirements. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual property

Site content and deliverables are owned by GetRankBoost or licensors. Unless agreed in writing, we grant you a limited license to use materials for your internal business purposes.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties where allowable. Third-party platforms (including Google) may change features and policies at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetRankBoost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data. Our aggregate liability arising out of services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim (unless a higher minimum applies by law).

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless GetRankBoost from claims arising out of your business operations, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law—except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction for business clients unless otherwise required by law.
